This engaging two-day programme is designed for new and aspiring leaders — as well as experienced supervisors and managers who want to strengthen their leadership foundations within a care setting.
Through a blend of practical learning, reflection, and discussion, participants will explore how effective leadership directly impacts team culture, staff wellbeing, and the quality of care delivered every day.

To equip first-line leaders and managers in health and social care with the skills, confidence, and insight to lead teams with purpose, compassion, and professionalism.

Target Audience
