Successful Teamworking for Care Managers and Care Supervisors

Aim

To develop an understanding of effective teamworking within health and social care settings and explore how positive leadership, communication, and collaboration contribute to high-performing care teams and quality care delivery.

 Objectives

By the end of the course participants will:
