The Covid-19 Team Recovery Programme Programme consists of four modules to help to rebuild the team after Covid-19.
The modules include:
- Self-awareness and Understanding Individual Differences
- Effective Team Dynamics
- Powerful Communication
- Building Resilience
Each module can be taken as a stand alone module.
The total programme time is 8 hours. Each stand alone module is 2-2.5 hours.
The cost of each module is £250 for up to 10 people on-line.
The cost of the whole programme is £800 for up to 12 people on-line.
