The MBTI assessment is based on the idea that everyone has unique gifts to offer and challenges to overcome.
Effective teams communicate effectively and maximise each other’s talents and minimise gaps in knowledge and skills.
In the Skilful Team Building Workshop individuals are encouraged to learn about themselves, each other, their leader and about how these components fit together to boost team success.
Would your staff like to gain a greater understanding of what their and communication approach key strengths?
Would it be useful to have some information on communicating with different personality types?
At least two weeks prior to the workshop each employee will complete an on-line MBTI assessment.
During part one of the workshop participants will self-assess their personality type, receive a copy of their reported type and establish their best fit type.
Part two of the workshop begins with an introduction to effective team-working including how communication and understanding contribute to team working.
Participants will learn how different factors contribute to communication, how the team solves problems and makes decisions and how the team members react to change.
