• Attending a feedback session either face to face or online where I will be able to tell you:

• Career direction or career options that draw on your strengths, passions/interests, and skills

• An understanding of what sort of work tasks you prefer to do and what sort of environment you prefer to work in

• An awareness of your strengths and challenges in exploring and developing your career and how you can overcome these challenges

• An action plan of what to do next
